IMS: 15GHz Attenuator in 0805-Size Package
Microwave attenuator.
Portsmouth, RI — International Manufacturing Services, Inc. (IMS) has introduced the IMA2404 attenuator. The new device is a surface-mount thick film 0805 attenuator especially suited to RF/microwave applications and communications-oriented circuitry. This thick film attenuator is operational to 15GHz in a properly matched continuous 50Ω system. It is available from 1 to 70dB in 1dB increments with a tolerance as low as ±0.2dB. Input power handling is 400mW (using proper thermal management techniques).
