Warsaw, IN — A new medium-weight black thermoplastic rubber hose with a safety yellow external polypropylene wear strip that is Suitable for fume and dust removal has been introduced by The Flexaust Company, Inc.

Flexaust® Flexadux® T-7W is a medium-weight black TPR hose that has a bright yellow external polypropylene wear strip, reinforced with a wire steel helix, to provide high visibility and superior abrasion resistance. Designed for use at -40°F to +275°F temperatures, this general purpose hose is resistant to chemicals, extreme moisture, ozone, UV rays, and weathering.

Especially suited for fume and dust removal, the hose is available in 2 to 24-in. (60 to 300mm) ID sizes in standard 25 and 50 ft. lengths. According to the company, the hose provides up to 20 percent better flow than traditional hose, has an easy-to-clean smooth inner surface, and is extremely flexible and compressible, with tight bending characteristics.
