Fancort Intros A Family of ESD Safe Trays

West Caldwell, NJ — Fancort Industries' line of molded conductive trays can be used to store and transport static-sensitive components and assemblies within a plant. These trays are shallow in depth, molded in 0.085-in. thick ESD plastic with surface resistivity below 10

Ohms and can tolerate temperatures to 60°C. One model is available that can tolerate 160°C.
The trays come in four different versions. One version is the MS-Q11, which comes in eight different sizes, from 9 x 6.6 x 1.5-in. to 24 x 22 x 1.4-in. A second version, the MS-Q14 is molded with eight permanent cells to handle multiple assemblies or components. There are three models varying in size from 14 x 14 x 1.52-in. to 12.6 x 11.4 x 0.6-in. A third model, the MS-Q13 is 14 x 5 x 2-in. and can be subdivided into smaller cells. The also has a lip to hang from a rack. The final version, the MS-Q12 is 18 x 13 x 1.6-in. and has a removable grid that creates 70 cells measuring 1.7 x 1.7-in.
