PCB Laser Marking System from Miyachi
Laser marking system.
Monrovia, CA — Miyachi Unitek has introduced its PCB 1000 printed circuit board laser marker, which permanently marks printed circuit boards and PCB assemblies. The product will mark PCBs, ceramic, plastic and metal with logos, lot date and serial numbers, test and QA information, bar codes, 2D matrix and graphics. Powered by the company's LMV 1000 laser marker, the system has an edge belt transport conveyor with single or multiple pneumatic board stops, a SMEMA interface for the conveyor, and a status light tower. The system accommodates boards measuring up to 18 x 24-in. Available options include input and output conveyors, variable marking heights, XY gantry for large marking area coverage, top and bottom marking, and interface with LAN data system.
