Omega: EMI Protective Shielding Gasket
EMI shielding gaskets.
Randolph, NJ — Omega's 99-934 electrical contact and EMI shielding gaskets are designed for sliding and slot-mount applications that require extremely low compression force and have a limited or selective mounting area.
This low profile, 0.080-in. (2.0mm) part is designed for minimal gap applications and is manufactured from the company's unusual low-force gradient copper alloy. It is available with mounting grips on every other, every third or every fifth gasket finger for a near- custom installation.
Once in place, this gasket provides a reduced spring force of nearly 25 percent compared to the company's standard 99-series product. The symmetrical design also allows bidirectional contact engagement for superior electrical contact and RF attenuation and generates no friction drag during compressions.
The beryllium copper shielding gaskets are in-stock with a Bright Surface finish.
