Integrated Technology: Gate Charge Production Test System
Production test system.
Tempe, AZ — Integrated Technology Corporation has introduced its Qg/Rg Test System. The ITC59100 is a production test system for Gate Charge (Qg) and Internal Gate Resistance (Rg). Both Qg and Rg are automatically tested according to programmed parameters; in addition, the system can report the values of Rds On and gate input capacitance.

The system provides up to 4 parallel measurement channels to allow up to 4 separate devices to be tested in parallel with no multiplexing, at test speeds less than 50 mS for extremely high throughput.

The company's unusual device interface method eliminates sensitivity to connection cabling. Any combination of N-channel and P-channel devices may be tested simultaneously. An internal PC with an embedded operating system (XP embedded) provides a very high level of control and processing capability. A color LCD touch screen is provided on the front panel for all local user input and control. In production mode, no external devices are required for operation. Full data logging and statistical information may be gathered in engineering or production mode.
