STAEFA, SWITZERLAND -As part of continuing Northern Europe sales expansion, Sensirion has appointed a dedicated Area Sales Manager, David Boylan, for the UK and Ireland. The move is aimed at strengthening the leading sensor manufacturer’s position in a strategically important market and providing optimal support for local customers.
Having seen significant increase in demand for high-performance and high-quality sensor products and systems in the region, the dedicated UK/IRL sales role coincides with recent announcements for its new digital mass flow controller, the new SFC5000 Series at the Semicon West trade show in the USA. And, its latest temperature sensor, the STSC1 announced at Sensor and Test Show 2014. As well as driving sales activities and working closely with channel partners to satisfy demand, David Boylan will also work alongside Sensirion teams in Switzerland, creating and implementing new marketing initiatives and supplying local support. The announcement of a direct sales presence confirms Sensirion’s worldwide growth trajectory.
