Aqueous Technologies Intros Newest Defluxing System
Totally self-contained defluxing system.
Rancho Cucamonga, CA — Aqueous Technologies is introducing the newest model in the Trident family of fully automatic cleaning/defluxing systems, the Trident ZDO.

The new system is completely zero discharge; it automatically washes, rinses, verifies cleanliness, and fully dries assemblies within a single compact machine.

With Trident ZDO, there is no need to purchase separate water recycling systems as both the wash-solution recycling system and the rinse-water recycler are already built into the machine.

The unit contains effective shadow mitigation technology suitable for fine-pitch, low-profile components. With built-in cleanliness verification capability, Trident ZDO ensures that assemblies are cleaned to pre-selected cleanliness levels.

The unit's wireless barcode scanner allows all assemblies being cleaned to have their serial numbers scanned and entered into the machine's SQL database. All process data, including set and actual cleanliness results, are stored and are searchable in a multi-query format for the most powerful SPC available on any cleaning system.
