SURREY, UK -
BTU Europe Ltd., a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment for the electronics manufacturing and alternative energy markets, will highlight solutions to enhance customer value in Booth #7-555 at the upcoming SMT/Hybrid/Packaging exhibition and conference, scheduled to take place 16-18 April 2013 at the Messezentrum in Nuremberg, Germany.
The company will introduce a new convection reflow platform to the European market, the DYNAMO™, which is targeted for portable electronics applications and has been configured with a focus on customer value. With 8, 10 and 12 zone air or nitrogen models available, Dynamo represents BTU quality and reliability. Backed by BTU’s unparalleled worldwide service and applications team, Dynamo is a value-driven workhorse. DYNAMO’s simplified configuration delivers 24/7, with high uptime and reduced cost of ownership.
Also on display in the booth, the PYRAMAX 100A features 100" of heated length and eight zones, 350ºC maximum temperature, flexible platform configuration, low power consumption, and a comprehensive menu of options. The oven provides excellent thermal uniformity through BTU’s exclusive closed-loop convection control in addition to extremely low operating costs. The combination of high yield and low running costs provides a tremendous cost-of-ownership advantage. The 100A has extremely low operating costs, yet is capable of complex thermal profiles at high production throughputs. Additionally, it delivers proven quality features such as side-to-side recirculation that enhances temperature uniformity and unmatched convection efficiency that reduces zone temperature set points.
Both systems are backed by BTU’s product and technical support.
DYNAMO will be introduced during SMT/Hybrid/Packaging to visitors. Additionally, it will be debuted to distributors at a distributor sales meeting that will take place after the show on Tuesday 16 April.
