ECD Launches Contest to Find the Oldest M.O.L.E.
Thermal profiling pioneer, ECD, initiates search for the oldest M.O.L.E. thermal profiler. This image shows M.O.L.E.s from past to present.
MILWAUKIE, OR -
Thermal profiling technology leader ECD is issuing a challenge to its customers: uncover which among them has the oldest functioning M.O.L.E. thermal profiler still in use. M.O.L.E. technology, pioneered by ECD and first introduced to the market in 1986, is known for its robustness and longevity and ECD’s commitment to customers ensures continuing support. Because of these facts, ECD expects the winner to own a M.O.L.E. that is at least 20 years old, if not older.
“We know there are customers out there still using some of our first M.O.L.E. designs,” says Todd Clifton, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for ECD. “For us, it’s not only about building durable product technology from the outset; it’s also about the proper care of that technology through the years. ECD will always support our customers, no matter the era of product, and that’s a big reason why customers prefer our thermal profiling solutions. We’re excited to find out who owns the oldest M.O.L.E.!”
The winner of ECD’s Oldest M.O.L.E. Contest will start the New Year with a complete SuperM.O.L.E.® Gold 2 kit. This latest innovation from ECD defines superior thermal profiling performance by improving yield while saving customers time and money. Accurate measurement is key to success and the SuperM.O.L.E. Gold 2 makes thermal process measurement and analysis easier than ever before. With features such as 96 profile data storage, instant profile validation and analysis capability that draws on a 1.5 million data point memory, the SuperM.O.L.E. Gold 2 offers unmatched performance.
“We know the winner of this contest will enjoy the enhanced features of the SuperM.O.L.E. Gold 2,” concludes Clifton. “No doubt it will provide decades of improved thermal profiling analysis as well.”
Customers who wish to participate in the Oldest M.O.L.E. Contest must submit proof of product age by providing the unit’s serial number and a photo to ECD by visiting
where contest rules and instructions will be posted. The winner will be announced on January 16, 2013.
