HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL -
Renishaw will roll out new process control technologies at IMTS – including surface measurement on 5-axis CMMs – along with the company's new additive manufacturing systems, and they invite you to booth E-5530 to ask the experts who have the details.
Highlights include:
The North American debut of Renishaw's laser melting additive-metal manufacturing systems. The AM125 and AM250 machines produce fully dense metal parts direct from CAD data using a fiber laser and fine metal powders.
New functionality – surface finish measurement – for the REVO® 5-axis coordinate measurement system. It's one of several new capabilities for REVO currently in our pipeline.
The IMTS debut of the Equator™ programmable comparative gaging system for machine-side part measurement and process control in high-volume manufacturing.
The RMI-Q wireless multi-sensor radio transmission system for tool setting and part probing on machine tools. It's ideal for automated on-machine tool setting, tool breakage detection and part set-up/verification.
Please make an appointment now to visit the Renishaw booth (E-5530), so they can ensure they will have the technical experts available to address your specific interests.
