InstaRack from Sollega Simplifies Solar Installs
InstaRack for installing solar panels.
San Francisco, CA — The InstaRack ballasted solar racking system, from Sollega, is designed to make flat roof solar installations faster and easier. The InstaRack is quick to install and has the least number of parts of all racking systems currently on the market.

Manufactured from HDPE (high-density polyethylene) with a built-in UV inhibitor, the InstaRack is engineered to withstand years of exposure in the harshest of environments. It is available in tilt angles of 10 and 15° and is compatible with all solar modules 30 to 44-in. (0.7 to 1.1m) in width.

The entire InstaRack system now works with one bolt size of 5/16 x 7/8-in. for assembly. Two of these bolts are pre-installed on top of the InstaRack to make the attachment of the upper strut seamless. In addition three channel nuts are pre-inserted to simplify attaching the lower strut and the north-south connection of the InstaRacks. All connections are performed top-down and easily accessible for use of power tools. The company has also simplified the integrated grounding with the use of a new bonding jumper. The entire array is now grounded through the strut rail and Wiley Weebs at each module. This new feature greatly reduces grounding hardware and installation time with the InstaRack.
